The song means that just because he drives a nice car and wears expensive jewelry the police think he is transporting drugs or is under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol.If you look up any rap station or any music store with rap (hiphop) in it, you should find it.Also if you look on the internet you could find it any where they play rap. When the police check cars of African-american males --They are looking for drugs,guns.warrants, etc----A black man has the right 2 own a nice car if he worked hard for it----he shouldn't be pulled over----majority of times popo think it's a stolen vehicle.
