I think the song is called "I write sins not tragedies" or something like that. What are they saying about the groom?

Panic! at the disco is the band's name and the groom is the one singing- the song is from his perspective. They are talking about the groomsbride (official term for bride) and say she's a wh*re or sl*t or something and he says their marraige is saved because now he knows about it and doesnt care- which is why he tells them to close the door he loves her and doesnt wanna hear about it and wants to marry her anyways

Yeah, by Panic! At The Disco.
What about the groom?? All I know is that he's going to get married to a woman that's cheating on him. But then the whole wedding got ruined and he found out about what she was doing.

Panic! at the disco....
erm... no idea... perhaps, the groom is too blind and loves marries the bride for her beauty not knowing she's a whore... or at least, she cheats on him and have tons of other guys around her...

Panic! At The Disco -"I Write Sins Not Tragedies"

Oh, well imagine, as I'm pacing the pews in a church corridor,
and I can't help but to hear, no I can't help but to hear an exchanging of words:
"What a beautiful wedding! What a beautiful wedding!" says a bridesmaid to a waiter.
"And yes, but what a shame, what a shame, the poor groom's bride is a whore."

I'd chime in with a "Haven't you people ever heard of closing a goddamn door?!"
No, it's much better to face these kinds of things with a sense of poise and rationality.

Well in fact, well I'll look at it this way, I mean technically our marriage is saved
Well this calls for a toast, so pour the champagne
