Logical Answer:
Israel is already a state but Palestine should be given statehood also. Also, Israel has had it for over 60 years now and where are they suppose to go?

The Palestinians have not accepted several offers of statehood because of their border disputes. By accepting statehood, that would mean they accept the current borders. Of which, we know is the main reason behind their conflict with Israel.

I think, as did Arafat btw, they should accept statehood then take up their argument internationally.

Fair Answer:
All Israeli land should be given back to the Palestinians. The League of Nations.. turned UN had no authority to suddenly create it thereby stripping the Palestinians of their property. Once Israel is disbanned then properties in Britain and the USA should be given to them. I would like to see how quickly those two pro-Israel countries reverse that stance when suddenly their citizens are forced to give up their homes so the jews can move in.

does the world own it?
should the world give the land called USA back to the indians (native americans)?
obviously as you can see there are problems caused by giving land away...
which is how we got to this israel/palestine problem in the first place, because the world powers gave land to israelis...and the palestinians already had claimed ownership.
i don't think you could fix the problem...
what would you do with israel?

Why, it never belonged to the Palestinians? Prior to 1946 it was under British mandate and both jews and palestinians lived in that area. Between 1946 & 1967, the West Bank was controlled by JORDAN not the Palestinian's and the GAZA was controlled by EGYPT. Prior to the British Mandate it was controlled by the TURKISH OTTOMAN's for centuries. Therefore, if the land was to be given to someone, shouldn't it be given to the Jews, since they resided there for thousands of years, from the time of the arrival in Caneen by Joshua? After the Roman's dispersed many jews in 70ad; there were still jews that lived in Judea since then. The palesitinian's came from where? They are not the original Canaanite's; therefore, they arrived after the Hebrews had settled there. Should we also give parts of Poland back to Germany since Poland took land from Germany after WW2? Should we give back all of North America back to the original inhabitants? Asking a question of whether the land of Isreal should be given back to the Palestinians shows a great lack of understanding about the history of the area and also an igreat degree of immaturity.

A solution which does not have the approval of both sides is not a workable solution.

Who is this "World" that you are talking about? The UN? How are they going to take the land away from the Israelis? Who is going to commit troops? What gives them the authority to do it in the first place?

Trading Palestinian terrorists & guerillas for Jewish ones is not a workable peace plan. Until both sides agree to peacefully coexist there will be no peace.

Your premise is faulty. The land called Israel is one small part of land that used to be owned by Britain. 2/3 of it was given to form the country called Jordan. 1/6 was sold to Israel, and the remaining 1/6 was given to form Palestine. Check the history books, and the actual UN purchase and sale agreements.

No not now, I believe they should learn how to live with each other like Americans do. Most likely they should have both influences in the Israeli Government, but they don't do they? I say it's time for America to cut the purse strings and allow what comes to happen to Israel. This way they will have to get along over there.

Yes,they should...I don't think the 2 state solution is acceptable right now,'cos Israel doesn't know anything about diplomacy...So,since they don't respect 3 UN resolution witch ask for the creation of a Palestinian state(resolution 242,338,1397),I don't think they will ever be able to accept a Palestinian state alongside them...

The world does not give land, it is land. Do you mean the people of the word? Problem with that is who made that land theirs to give? They do not fight over land, they fight over re legion. Both their Gods tell them to kill in Gods name. Who is holding the land covered in blood at the moment is really irrelevant.
