Even today, I got disturbed and become hyper,when I think about it.
That man lured me with kites and invited me in his room,where he sodomised me. Actually,he is the son of my friend's servant.That man was then 23-24,studying for MBBS. That Man education was sponsored by my friend's father.He passed MBBS as a gold medalist.Even today,I met my friend's father but could not tell him the truth. That man is happily married and having two kids. I want to complain to the police.But our legal system is very weak.Moreover,that incident happened in 1976-77. That time, Even I didn't know what that man did to me.I came to know when I was 12 years old,when similar incident happened in my town.I want to take the revenge.I don't want to kill him but want to take revenge.I am unable to forget that incident.I really don't know what to do ?

I am so sorry that happened to you when you were only 6, and powerless to stop a grown man from sodomizing you. What's worse is that he has gone on his merry way, gotten an education, has a family. All the while you have been suffering because of his abuse. And now you must worry about his small children being molested by him. I don't know if you have counseling available to you, but I do believe that it would help you deal with these feelings. And the counselor might be able to advise you as to any legal action you might be able to take. First, I think you need to forgive yourself. Forgiveness that you did nothing wrong, not even by never telling anyone. THIS WAS NOT YOUR FAULT.

I understand wanting to take revenge, but if you did that, you would get into trouble. The accusation as a defense is likely not PROVABLE, so I doubt it would help your case. Instead, you could do something that no one suspected needing done in your case. However you know that this man has a problem. You can anonymously contact child services and tell them you have reason to believe that these kids maybe being abused sexually.

Maybe if you did that, by saving someone else, you can begin recovering from this. Sorry that no one was there to save you.

The crime is no more a punishable in terms of Indian Penal Code on account of time barring. therefore anything offensive you commit would be considered a criminal act. but your hurt stays. It is better for you to forget. OR 1. go to a sacred place and do an elaborate pooja to cause hurt to that man. 2. can take up the issue with some eleders in your circle. Possible that no one would pay much attention to you. 3. ask a painter to paint a picture of that man being hung to a lamp post and display it prominently. but your revenge is required to be planned better. not a matter of yahoo answers. consider the first suggestion - forget

hire a lawyer and get justice.you never know how many children he must have done the same to.you need to fight for your rights because that was your birth right.get support from family and friends. this will give you the peace of mind and also will help other ppl who have gone through the same open up.talk about the priyadarshini mattoo and the jessica lall case.they had lost hope but now the cases have reopened.there is hope and the entire country is with them.if you work towards this with determination, the indian legal system will not be looked at as a deteriorating system for ppl fighting for their rights.Goodluck!

I deffinitly think you need to get this off your chest. I would tell somone that you have had in your life during this whole time frame the story. I feel that this is a family issue and not a internet question for high school students. When in doubt COUNSELING!

1st you need counseling if you haven't already received it.
I don't know if there is a statute of limitation for crimes in your country so you might want to seek the opinion of an attorney.

Kill him...no like seriously if he did that to me...i would have killed him a really very long time ago...seriously! im not kidding!..tell his wife all about it..although she won't believe u...then go to the police..but i don't think you can prove it cause it was a really long time ago...if you cant do it...kick his butt...nobody have the right to do that...kick his butt!!
