ive been pregnant in the past and noticed that my left nipple sometimes gets big and swollen and ive been noticing that my nipple on my left has been gets big and swollen sometimes and im not sure if im pregnant yet , i was just wondering if it has to do with pregnancy

If this occurs only during the time before your period, it might be related to that. Seeing as how you were pregnant before, though, it may be a clogged milk duct or some sort of infection.
Either way, I would consult your OB/GYN.

never heard of it...but if it happened last time, you could be I guess....but you should ask your doctor, if you have a missed period take a test, but call the doc anyways..I have never heard of that symptom. Good luck
