About a month ago my itunes started not working, i cant play any songs, they just wont star and when i go to the music store everything comes up black. i cant update my ipod. i have uninstalled it, reinstalled it got the newest version and nothing .
help please

I would go here to see if you can find anything that would help. Since you already uninstalled & Reinstalled, and it's still not working.

check to see what speed your comp is, and if u have enough memory to use itunes.

check your comp to see if you have a virus
