The Poulan company makes "weedeater" brand string trimmers. All of their Owner's Manuals are available online as printable PDF files. Here is a link to the site:

All you have to do is type in your model number to get the instructions you need.

It depends on the model. Some use double line some only use single line.....please provide model of the trimmer.

Should be a screw or bolt on the bottom youll have to remove. The cover will come off, and you should see a place to feed the line(s).
