I am 45, 6'1", 165LBs, and still have 90% of the hair I was born with. Woman of all ages seem to still be attracted to me.

I feel in love with a 23 year old woman, and my aunt tells me that I could use some counseling, maybe therapy? She said to me, along with several family members "how could you do this?"(I am single)

No you don't need therapy for falling for a younger woman. You need therapy for caring what your aunt thinks.
You're 45, mature enough to make a decision of your own.

It's your aunt who needs therapy... There's nothing wrong with being attracted to younger women. Whether or not it's viable in a practical sense is a different matter - but if you're a responsible asult you should be able to handle whatever comes your way. Have fun while you can.

It may be a little overwhelming for the older older, older generation to understand that not all the old rules apply anymore. If you sincerely care for her and she does you then you shouldn't feel like you have to explain yourself to anyone. Tell your aunt to either be happy for you and keep her rude comments to herself or stay out of your life. Just be carefull because the first time a younger guy comes running around that is real nice looking and doesn't have a little extra skin hanging from his arms she might be gone!!!

no, you dont need therapy for falling in love. tell your aunt: age is only but a number. if you're happy that's all that matters. good luck!
