To believe that this huge Universe has been created only for us is unrealistic. To believe that the creatures living in other worlds should be similar to us is also very unlikely. The possibilities that in other worlds life evolved exactly in the same way as on Earth are also minimal. But the possibilities that somewhere in the Universe other reasoning intelligent creatures exist are very high, even if they may be different from us.
I believe life is universal as it is evolution.
Just imagine: we could have evolved from the primeval soup from creatures with six limbs instead of four, in which case we could have now two legs, two arms and two wings. Only the insects inherited six legs plus wings.... I mean here on Earth!

I believe that has to be species out there. It would be extremely arrogant of the human race to assume that there is no other intelligent life in any universe. How big is space? No-one knows, therefore, it seems to me, that why not more earth type planets, or maybe, planets with methane breathing beings. Anything is possible. Astronomers are learning more about space every day. When we have the technology to travel further into space, we may get some answers. But I think we will probably have more questions. Should be interesting though!

well the universe has billions of galaxies, each with billions of solar systems, so i suppose its a safe bet that there are other planets like ours and some with life on them, but theyr all so far away i doubt that humans will ever meet any of them, because unless we can either travel faster than the speed of light (which is impossible) or use wormholes (which may be possible but maybe not) we would die of old age before we got outside the solar system, besides the fuel for it would cost a fortune while labour are in power

Science says that space is expanding rapidly continuously, so there can never be an end to what will exist in it. As for other planets like ours, I would be presumptuous to try guessing what our Creator has planned - but it would all have been part of His original concept.

space is infinite, so loads of solar systems with planets simalar to ours....I think some intelligent life forms, much more advanced than our own started the process of human evolution here on Earth. Why not?

I definatly believe theres more life out there. I mean, think of all the billions of galaxies, and the size of space. It doesn't mean they will be like us, they might have completly different elements to us, breathe in Xenon and drink liquid nitrogen. The possibilities are endless. They probably won't be anything like us, they could be more or less intelligent than us, they will speak different languages, so if we did ever come in contact, we wouldn't be able to interact.

we are here.I do not believe there will be more of us out there, although it is not impossible, just as diverse as life on planet earth is I believe it will be diverse else where, Just as we grow into our environment, so will life else where grow into their environment. I can not think of a time in all of history that is better to be alive than the present. I don't know how long we'll be here, but it is a miracle

Definately a whole unbelievable amount of different species, planets and worlds and universes. We can't really be alone in the universe, or in exsistence itself. I think there may even be a replica Earth in another universe with all of us the same but living our lives in different ways, making different choices daily and never aware of one another.
