Make a blaze out of wood or other burnable material, so you can cook a sugared puff until it is golden brown. Place the sugared puff on a narrow cooking device with a long handle so you do not burn yourself. Place the sugared puff just above the flame of the blaze and rotate it slowly until it gets golden brown. When Golden brown remove from blaze, let cool, remove the sugared puff which is now warmed and eat.

1) Place the sucrose/air confection on a rod or other long device.

2) Light the bunsen burner

3) Using the rod or other long device, add thermal energy until the confection turns color from white to brown/black.

4) Enjoy carefully!
