there are none, just drink milk and make sure u get all ur nutrients everyday and hope ur parents genes are good ones height wise. You could strecth ur legs everyday....could help who knows, but only if ur younger than 20

it's mostly genetics, but i know exercising helps. try basketball and other sports you like playing. i also heard jumping rope helps too.
just staying healthy and active will help you.
