You haven't quite accomplished 4 months, but you're *in* your 4th month. Once you've completed you're 4th month here in a week or so, you'll be entering your 5th month. If you go by the other way, the only time you could say that you're 9 months pregnant is right on your due date. The entire last "month" that you are pregnant is the 9th month- vice versa with the first.

I have three children and I never figured out the months thing so I just said that I am so many weeks. Even if I met someone who said she was 5 months pregnant or whatever I would ask her how many weeks. It is alot easier to do it like that. I had every week marked on my calender so I always knew exactly how many weeks I was.
Stick to weeks :)

Okay, try to remember when the 1st day of your last period was. If you can remember that, go back 3 months. (say your 1st day was May 6th, go back to Feb 6th), add a week (Feb. 13th) That would be your due date. (Just thought this might help you keep up with the month!)
If you are 15 weeks, you are 1 week away from being 4 month pregnant. Best of luck to you!!!!

Geeesh, people need to quit being so damn picky with you...So you're 15 weeks, one week shy of 4 months pregnant..big deal if you go ahead and say 4 months. Just tell em to shut-up already. Good luck with the rest of your pregnancy and delivery!!!!

divide however many weeks you are by 4.3 (as there are more than four weeks in a month). This will give you how many months you are. At 15 weeks that is roughly 3.48 months

I asked my Dr. how to measure months and he said take your Due date and go backwards to see "in months" how far you are.
Example. I am due on Dec. 15th. So on Nov. 15th, I'll be 9 months, Oct. 15th, I'll be 8 months..and so on.
Weeks don't always determine a month. Some months have 5 weeks.
