Bush can fire Rumsfeld, but why should he, he has done nothing wrong. Rumsfeld has pretty much let the military leadership in Iraq dictate what happens there as he should. He is not there and does not have first hand knowledge of what is needed like his generals do. If you want to blame someone blame the military leadership on the ground. Also, Bush has stood by the way Rumsfeld has dealt with things 100%, to fire Rumsfeld is to say they both messed up, which they did not. Again look to those in charge of things on the ground, and you should also look to congress when the problem comes to the money to do what is needed.

I heard that either the Senate Committee is going to take a non-confidence vote shortly, which can oust Donald Rumsfeld. But I think the President should be impeached for war crimes. Why keep Blundering Bush if you're going to get rid of Rumsfeld. And why not get rid of Condolezza Rice too?

I don't know why most ppl don't know this history:
Rumsfeld, White House Chief Of Staff to Nixon, hired Cheney in 1969 to be his assistant.
Cheney was then White House Chief of Staff under Pres. Ford.
Rumsfeld and Cheney, under Ford, gave Bush Sr. the job as directer of the CIA thereby making it possible for him to become president later.
Rumsfeld and Cheney(although had a short stay in the House) then went on to become sec. of defense or WH chief of staff's etc...
My point is that RUMSFELD is the FATHER of them ALL... Rumsfeld is the one who gave them all their start in politics.

Bush lacks the ability to fire Rumsfeld who has mismanaged the Department of Defense since day one. To fire him would mean they made a mistake and Bush and the stooges can not admit they are wrong just blame it Clinton!.

HE COULD!!! He could also give Rummy a pat on the back, which he has done a few times. Apparently, Rummy's boss does not see things the same way as you blind liberals THINK you see things. Live with it until Rummy gets a new boss and then go from there. You ALL are going to get physically ill with all this wimpering and bitching and hate. Notice, I said physically ill. You are all already mentally ill.

Rumsfeld is the key to the corruption, he is the one that sold the weapons to the Arabs in the first place. Look at Bechtel Corporation 1983

Because that would be betraying a fellow member of the Plan for the New American Century. Check it out...www.pnac.com. It will scare the crap out of you. Bush, Cheney, Rumsfeld - all part of it. They will stick together until they get their plan in motion, or until we rid ourselves of them.
