Good question. I'm torn between the Michael Jackson episode and the Dusting Hoffman episode. I think I'm going to have to go with Mr Bergstrum, just because it reminds me of a teacher I had a crush on.

It'a a toss up for me between these 2.

El Viaje Misterioso de Nuestro Homer [The Mysterious Voyage of Homer] (Chili Cookoff) Episode 3F24

Wiggum: That Simpson, he thinks he's the pope of chili town.

Wiggum: Afternoon, Homer. Care for some chili? I've added an extra ingredient just for you. The merciless peppers of Quetzlzacatenango! Grown deep in the jungle primeval by the inmates of a Guatemalan insane asylum.

Homer: Uh, Wiggy? My chili's getting cold.

Or Treehouse of Horror V Episode 2F03

Homer: So what do you think, Marge? All I need is a title. I was
thinking along the lines of "No TV and No Beer Make Homer, something, something."
Marge: "Go Crazy"?
Homer: Don't mind if I do! ARRRRGGHHHHHH!!!!!"

Not an easy question!

I am a huge Ralph fan, and loved the episode where Lisa gave him a sympathy Valentine's Day card ("You choo-choo-choose me. And there's a picture of a train!") and he took her to the Krusty Show. She ended up breaking his heart by telling him that she didn't want him as her boyfriend, but then made it ok in the end by giving him another card ("Let's bee friends. And there's a picture of a bee!"), which then led to his attempt at nonchalant small talk, "So, Lisa, do you like ... stuff?"

Kinda bittersweet, but also as funny as hell.

It has to be Cape Feare for me, it's the one where Sideshow Bob gets out of prison and The Simpsons join the Witness protection programme and move to some little town to hide out.

I love the bit where the FBI agent is trying to test Homer on his new name lol

Its up between the one where the tv breaks and homer tells the story about how he and marge met in high school, when he tricked marge into giving him french lessons when he didn't take french and Homer goes to the prom alone
or
the one where homer quits his job at the plant to work at the bowling alley and he shines his head, and then marge got pregnant with maggie and he had to beg for his job through the door marked "supplicants"

ooh there's so many

The one that is a spoof on Lord of the Flies - when otto drives the bus off a bridge and all the kids are stranded on an island.

and ralph says "it tastes like burning"

Second runner up is when Millhouse's parents get divorced, and he is talking on the bus. One of the bully kids says "hey, when I split up, it didnt effect my kid at all" leaning over to reveal a small child next to him, who says "I sleep in a drawer!"

The one where Homer deliberately puts on loads of weight, so he can work at home, and wears a mu mu, I laugh myself senseless when he goes to the doctors for 'health advice'.
