Hit the print screen button on your keyboard. Its at the top next to F12. That copies everything on the page. Then paste it in a photo program. Crop, then save the image. Its easy.

If the webmaster has set a disabled right-click, it means you should not copy the picture.
But there still are several ways to do it.
The first is to press Print Screen on your keyboard and paste the picture in a software such as Paint.
The other is to select the picture (like when you select a text, the background is blue if it was white before) and use the Copy and Paste tool in "Edition".

I may be wrong, but at least some of these sites do this because they don't WANT you to save their pics! It's like copyright infringement. Some free sites have a "watermark" or imprint with their name on it, so it looks lousy even if you do save it. You might do a search with the words "public domain" in it???
There could be other reasons, but I don't know what they are. I'm sure someone here does, tho'!
P.S. I tried Drewpie's method, which worked on this page and Blueroan2000's, which did not! Hm....
How DO you save these Q&A pages, for future reference?

Hold down the right ALT key and tap the Print Screen key. A full screen grab will now be in the clipboard; open up MSPaint and Paste.

Click/drag your mouse across the picture then use the "Edit" menu on top. You can also use the File menu and "Edit" the entire page. Grab what you want.
