There never has been World peace, and the way we're going, it's doubtful in your 2 kids future. Fundamental differences in religion, values, borders and environment have more or less sealed the fate of World peace.

Reformed Communism.
A) Greed, people currently work because they WANT something... Now in what way they work... that is questionable.
i) I want a new BMW... I think I'll get some big Drug Dealer off.
ii) I want a new beach resort... I think I'll kill the owner of one and take it.
These people are overtaken by greed and work to get what is not theirs.
or
i) I just wanted a loaf of bread, me and my sister are starving
ii) I just wanted a place to stay for the night... please, can't I stay.
These people are over taken by need but are rejected by the greed of others.
B) Religion.
Religion is one of the major instigators in history. It NEEDS to be deconstructed.
i) European Concures went on a crusade to the Americas and promptly ended several of the most advanced civilizations known to man. Both because of greed and the 'spread of their religion' forcing their idea of the true god upon those who wished to worship their own gods.
ii) If you want to pretain to current era then look at the religious extreamests beleiving in a holy war against the united states.
C)Greed2
The witholding of life saving medicine kills. Alot. How much does it cost to manifacture a single vial? 50cents. How much does it cost to BUY a vial? $50. Now I admit that additional costs exist...
i) bribing doctors to perscibe the medicine
ii) getting the FDA to approve their drug
iii) covering up deaths related to the drug
iv) Basically the PR department
D) IQ Facilitated Voting.
I know, poll taxes were outlawed, but they proved a point that no one could deny. Americans are idiots.
i) "You can vote if you can read this" *holds up sign that says "I can read", "Uhh... Icaanurad" says the white man. "good, you can vote". "I can read" says the black man... "sorry sir that is wrong".

Elections are less about ideas and more about Partys. George Washington warned us about them and look where we ended up.
E) Dissolvement of the House and Senant
Unfortunatly these people hold too much power to govern propperly. This results in dissent all over the nation based on their actions, rather the PEOPLE should DIRECTLY vote on issues (hell, we have computers, we have an INTERNET, there is no REASON for congress to still exist).
F) Weak central government
Dissent is caused when there is a very strong oppressive central government. For there to be ANY advancment we need to make MORE state governments and give those governments more control over the consenses of the people
i) in a recent display of idiocy, George W. Bush decided to try and ban gay marrage accross all the states, regardless of what they may think
G) Legalize drugs
A very bold and potentially very wrong move, but the fact is that a large percentage of crime is drug related. Legalizing them will both reduce that massive amount of crime, reduce the cost of the us coast gaurd, but it will drastically reduce the sale. Prohibition proves this to an extreme extent. Good bye wiskey hello capone.
H) Allow other contrys to plunder your country freely.
In order to start the transformation of other countrys you must show trust to them
I) Try to get them to convert to this better form of government
J) Threaten them to convert to this form of government
K) Blow them to hell and then convert them to the propper form of government
Or, of course, we could have WWIII.

Not with the current human race. Too much hatred. Too much blind prejudice and bigotry. And too much greed.
It would require massive changes to the basic psychology of the race, and that's not going to happen under any of the current systems of government.

WORLD PEACE CAN NEVER BE ACHIEVED. WE ARE PRIMAL ANIMALS. NO MATTER HOW TECHNOLOGICALLY ADVANCED WE GET OUR MINDS STILL HAVE AREAS THAT ARE PRIMAL. HUMANS DWELL ON WAR AND HUMANS HAVE A INNATE FEAR OF THE UNKNOWN. WE TEND TO WANT TO DESTROY WHAT IS NOT LIKE US.
