At night is the pits. When you feel the headache coming on lay down with an ice pack on your head, sip water. Do not eat anything until the pain eases then eat something light and with little or no seasoning. Hopefully this will pass for you soon. Have a happy and healthy baby. Good luck.

Sorry to tell you that there is no perfect answer to this. Everyone has a different cure. For me, it was pickles. Something about the acid and vinegar took care of the nausea. There are many things to try but here are some-
1. try the preggo pops from a 'Motherhood' store. they also carry different brands of these at pharmacies (CVS does i know)
2. don't eat large meals, just snacks. and stick with nonspicy & light foods (eggs, crackers). (basically follow the rules to avoid heartburn)
3. try to always keep something on your stomach. like snack more than usual even if it's very small amounts or just milk. for some people the acid in their stomach makes them sick when they are hungry.
if you are having headaches first- then there may be something else to it- like stress, sensitivity to light?.
Not that it helps now, but the morning sickness will be gone in less than 9 months ;)
Pregnancy can do amazing and very strange things to you. So just try to find something that works for you and try to RELAX! You won't get another chance for at least 18 years HAHA

I always kept crackers on the side of my bed. Also, if you have a good snack before heading to bed, that will help too, something like crackers and cheese, or half a sandwich and some milk. Something that will settle well in your belly, to ease the nausea. I hope you get to feeling better!

Usually if I wake up around 7-8 am, I'll get sick. So I'll try to get up around 11-12 and usually I won't get sick then.

***Avoid greasy foods*** For me...if I even had an oil based salad dressing I'd get sick! I had to really control my diet...I love italian foods and couldn't eat most of the stuff I liked but I was greatful about it when I didn't throw up.

I have been told to eat potato chips and drink lemonade. It has to do with the sour and salt content. Worked for me. Also try massaging the skin between your thumb and first finger.

Oh my, I had the same thing. It's hell isn't it?
Sip water around dinner time. What what you eat, keep salt intake low if you can. That seemed to help. Mine lead to toxemia. :(
Also, if you are vomiting...Ritz are best to puke up...LOL....I am honest!
