I’m looking to expand my book collection! I love non-fiction urban influenced books.

Some of my favorite includes:
Coldest Winter Ever
Flyy Girl
Charge it da game
B-more Careful

I am looking for some books very similar to my list of favorite books. I want to read about, living in the ghetto, drugs and crime centered books. My last few books I read have been kind of lame...Any suggestions?? (Only good books please)

It's not urban fiction, but try Maiden Voyage by Tania Aebi. It's a true story. When she graduated from high school, Tania didn't know what to do with her life. Although she had no experience, her father suggested she try sailing around the world. So she did. She was trying to set the world record for the youngest person to circumnavigate the globe solo, but she didn't get it because she gave someone a life for less than 100 miles. Still, it's an interesting story about seeing the world.

Also, try reading The Hot Zone by Richard Preston. It's a true story about the Ebola virus in Africa and the USA. Really good reading.

Ok, you want ghetto, drugs, crime, sex, partying, depravity, foul language, etc...? Have I got a book for you!! I just finished "The Dirt" by Motley Crue. It's the band autobiography. Basically, the whole band wrote the book with an editor helping them, so you get a first-person story. I didn't think that I would enjoy it as much as I did; I absolutely could not put it down!!! It was completely awesome! Give it a look-see. I got my copy on Amazon.

I would start out with Bambi great book, Dr.Suess cat in the cat was good, green eggs and ham really good, Black Beauty was good. But if you want the ultimate book to read, read the Bible, Jesus is the man, God bless, hallejuai, praise the lord.
