Women in Australia are so rare, that some men (the desperate ones I presume), marry kangaroos.

It is no longer true that men outnumber women in Australia. That was true 100 years ago but in 2000, there were only 99 men to every 100 women.
Handsome is in the eye of the beholder. Personally, I don't find all that sun and wind damage of the stereotypical Australian man handsome but if you like the rugged type, you might find what you want. It's worth noting though that Australia's population is becoming more urban and more diverse so you might not find a Crocodile Dundee look alike.

Australia as absolutey full of stunningly handsome wealthy young men looking for wives because those few australian women that are there are all ugly and married...
Look at Nicole Kidman for example..
