No.
The message is laboured and the ending gratuitously unpleasant.
There are surprisingly few decent anti-racist films~to Kill a Mockingbird is the best I can think of, mostly because it isnb´t a one-issue film, but lots of other things besides.

Great movie. A real break through performance for Edward Norton. Edward Furlong had a strong performance as well.
While a violent movie, it makes a strong social commentary.

Very thought-provoking, very powerful, incredible perfomance from Ed Norton.
One where you cared about the charatcer's rehabilitation, and one where you find yourself crying as the ture cost of racial prejudice is illustrated at the end.

It was a bit too violent for my tastes. But Edward Norton put in a good-n-gritty performance.
