I purchased a 1 year subscription to msn mail. I never was able to retreve my mail because I forgot my password I tried using msn.com website to get a new password and was told I would get instructions on e-mail but never got a response. I must also be using the wrong address--I think it's geoluk@dcwis.com. I can't find a phone number to call--I want to cancel my subscription. this is a pasword recovery program for messenger but it should work on your email account the second is a genral password recovery program i think the site has more but these are the 2 i use

when you set up your account you were given the option to set up an alternate email address in order for this type of situation...I suggest you do that next time. I have (2) emails one in Yahoo. one in MSN I use one for a default email (junk mail and stuff I order online and stuff you have to enter an email address for online....and one I use strictly for personal stuff and friends... you were also supposed to answer special questions in order to access your email should you forget the password...opt to answer the questions...if you did not set that up write down on a sheet of paper all the possibilities.... and last chance...start over using my previous suggestions
