We have the reserved right to take any substance into our body. the goverment cannot tell you under any moral grouds that you don't have the right to smoke/eat/drink whatever you want .
It should be a constitutional right to do anything with our bodies as we please .

There was a time prior to or around 1920 with no laws against the usage of buds or weed! So like Alcohol the laws should be repealed and i am in favor of no control no tax!

There are many government studies that actually conclude that unlike tobacco, marijuana is very beneficial. However, There are many gov agencies and criminals with a profit motive who will do everything in their power to keep it illegal. It is also a good tool for election rhetoric to keep the citizens scared of a "boogieman" that a politician can keep from our door.
Like anything else though, self-control is essential.

All drugs should be legal. Think about where we live...America.

Our big thing is freedom.

But then they come out and start putting people in jail for using drugs. Thats just stupid.

It is a harmful, deteriorating drug with cumulative negative effects. Not the least of which is amotivational syndrome. Not to mention all of the carcinogenic substances in it.
