Usually parties take place the weekend prior to the event. After the event would be "old news".

Sure is! If Halloween is on a Monday or Tuesday, Saturday night is the perfect night to throw a Halloween Party.

Of course not. I know many people and business's that have had their parties the weekend before Halloween. I wouldnt go any more than a week before, but thats my own personal choice.

I don't see anything wrong with it, especially since it falls on a Tuesday this year. Better to have it a weekend prior to or after than on the weekday.

ITS ACCEPTABLE TO HAVE A PARTY THE WEEKEND BEFORE ,NOT AFTER.OTHER WISE U WILL BE HAVING A HALLOWEEN PARTY IN NOVEMBER.
