Its possible for a woman to have reconstructive surgery to make her virginial agan...
...however, a virgin by definition is no more when someone has sex. So no, not truly.

There's actually a surgical procedure available which will 'replace' the hymen. (the hymen is the skin that tears the first time a woman has sex - though many other things can also tear it, from masturbation to exercise.)
So. . .it's not usual, but yes.
