it should be shown near the drivers position..if its not then if its a public service vehicle/hire coach ..it is illegal to use it until it has been signed as showing the capacity..the law also requires every bus/ coach to carry a working jack and handle..why? so if anyone becomes trapped under it by the body work it can be lifted..point of law..
