Go to fertilityfriend.com. The hormone your body produces when you are ovulating causes your temperature to rise. Your temp should rise about 0.5 degrees F when you are ovulating. It's important to check your temp as soon as you wake up and before doing anything. You should try to take your temp the same time everyday as well.
