Unfriendly Americans.

Sorry.... I shouldn't make light of this.

I think the reasons are two fold.... lack of communications, and over dependence on technology.

nicely interior the case your speaking approximately, British protection stress government did communicate with the pilots. the US and British protection departments the two investogated the incident. It became a civilian British courtroom of Inquest ( coroner ), who needed to convey the pilots to Britian for the inquest. No they might desire to not be courtroom martialed. A british Air Controller, informed the pilots there have been no British squaddies everywhere close to the section the pilots have been in. Plus the reality, that the Brits, have not courtroom martialed an British squaddies for the 6 friendly hearth incidents they have been in touch in. Wikipedia is not a valid reference.... it is community written, which means that any joker with an opinion can write something there.

Per 1000 rounds fired over the span of available arsenals.... The US military has the lowest "friendly fire" rate. It only seems higher because the US military is actively involved in higher numbers over the globe.

Get your facts straight before making ridiculous claims.

Do you really think its friendly fire? I think its the taliban/Iraqi insurgents/terrorists in whatever country they are fighting and they (US, Europe, Allies) will rather give credit to friendly fire than to terrorists for all the "accidentally" bombed aircrafts.

Its just too many aircrafts down to be accidents....is the US military and its allies that stupid? I'll think not after years of extensive training and all the sophisticated intelligence available today.
