Yes, it is alright if she does. I an an Indian and I usually eat hot sauce, when I was pregnant I wanted even more after my first trimester. Spoke with my ob and was told it was ok to continue eating.

you let mommy- to - be eat pretty much whatever she wants or she will let you know about it! Yes it is okay to eat hot sauce but she may experience heart burn after

I ate jalapenos during my 7th pregnancy and she turned out just fine. What you eat will not harm the baby as the Mother's body absorbs the nutrients from the food then gives it to the baby.

God, only if she can handle it..lol. Some people can eat it no problem, but me and hot things = death..lol not really but terrible heartburn! Just have some tums ready incase she cant.

It's Ok..But not too much cz it will trigger the heart & always you will get heart burn...Dnt take any hot sauce if you are breast feeding later because your baby could have diarrea..

yes its perfectly ok...the only thing is the heartburn she would have to deal with later---but it does no harm to the baby at all.
