Just put new rotors and pads on the front. Went on no problems. Now, however, when applying the brakes, there is a creaking sound. The knuckle seems to actually be flexing. Any experiences with this?

Everthing was cleaned and well greased. The knuckle that I think is flexing is the outer bracket that holds the caliper.

it may take a few stops before your pads seat properly to your new rotors. if this continues then you have one of your brake calipers sticking. if your car pulls a bit to one side when applying the brakes then it is definetly your caliper

It is possible that the caliper piston is not functioning properly, or that the caliper slide pin is not allowing the caliper to move.

Have your vehicle inspected by a qualified brake techician.

I just had the exact same job done on my Buick, and I have been told the "squeaking" is normal.
