my friend has a printer that says that there is a problem communicating with the computer
I installed the printer on my laptop and it has no problems at all what is wrong with it?.

He probably didnt install the printer driver!

That means there's nothing wrong with the printer, maybe your friend didn't install the printer properly.

1.virus or adaware
2.wrong drivers installed
3.SP2 installed
4.usb port doesn't work

uninstall the software for it reboot and reinstall the software for it that should do the trick
