Not sure why you would want to do this but a couple of really good and hard jolts with the hardrive spinning should do the job.

Are you getting even with a boyfriend/girlfriend during a spat, or so you can tell the teacher, "The computer ate my homework"?! I'm a pro at crashing computers, so I can't imagine why you'd want to crash your OWN!
Here's why mine have crashed: 1) They're old and want to move on.
2) I stupidly let my NAV virus defs subscription lapse and got 4 Trojan sub-sevens and a Klez worm, then kept running it.
3) Unknowingly allowed my kid to rampantly use IM'ing and downloading MP3 files 'til some spyware and viruses disabled it. Need I go on?
It would actually be easier to throw it off a cliff, as someone suggested, but probably not as effective!

download all the Cd's you own. Upload all the pictures from all the magazines you own. Defrag your drive ten times a day. constantly turn your computer on and off. Hell, just throw it off a cliff.

Umm...do you mean you want to erase all of the information on it? If you really want to crash it, go on top of the Empire State Building, and drop it. Just make sure there isn't anybody underneath...lol.

Install XP then install ME then Win 98...if by then it did not crash you can always try to auto-update that will do it every time.

Open the case, take the hard drive loose and bang it while it is running. But why would you want to do that?
