i am planning to get an MBA in HR/Psychology & Organisational behaviour. Can you suggest me which is best university, which also help in placement after completion.

It would be best for you to take up a part time degree course if not a full time course rather than doing an online course. If placement is your motive online academies do not really take up the challenge of getting you placed in a good place. Besides the value perceived for an online degree is not equivalent to that of a part time or a full time.
Given that you have not given a background to your reason for an online degree, I would assume that you are too tied up and hence cannot take up.
I have heard Universitas 21 has a good reputation for online MBA degree.

If you are looking for significant shift in your career, go for full time MBA as part time MBA or Online MBA is yet to get much acceptance in India. also check this MBA community forum at http://www.coolavenues.com/forums/forumdisplay.php?f=151 where lot many ppl have asked about online MBA
