I need to get a bunch of these for some of my daughters books that play music, but I've never really noticed them in the store. I usually grab the AA's and AAA's and don't pay much attention to the others.

"Watch" batteries are typically 3 Volt Lithium "coin" cells. They range in size and appearance from the size of an aspirin (but silver) to the size and color of a quarter.

The book or game that uses them should specify their number: something like CR3032, or VR46, or something similar.

They can typically be purchased at Radio Shack, or Walgreen's, or camera stores, and even supermarkets will sometimes stock them, but they may call them camera/photo/hearing-aid batteries.

There are many variations, so you may wish to bring a sample of the battery if you have one, or maybe bring the book requiring the battery just to make sure you get the right one.

Look around batteries for watches and hearing aids. You should be able to find the exact size.
