Any rumors for Grand Theft Auto 4?

I am curious as to what rumors are going around as to what the story will be for this game and if it is true that it will not be on PS2 or PS3 for sometime after its release for Xbox.

The date for gta 4 on the ps3 will be in oct 2007 i'm afraid, as for it being out on the 360 first i have no idea, go to www.gamespot.com for all updates on this matter.

it'll be on teh 360 an dthe ps3 as for teh story no clue
