I've had bosses that have drank on the job, and even some that have snorted coke on the job. In my experience, they were a lot nicer once thay started drinking, so none of us ever ratted them out. That's a sticky situation. I would just let him get caught on his own, they eventually do.

neither. i wouldn't care in the least. if it affects me (for example, if he raises his voice on me, or asks me to tell a lie on his behalf, etc.) then i may just get up and leave the place. that's it. it's just a job...
