it depends for what?? there are password recovery programs for files like .exe, .rar, .pdf, .zip or if you want to get a password from a game account you just need to know somebodys login name and go in that games web site and click on password recovery

Ask them for it. They will say no. Then you will need to not worry about it. A question you may want to ask yourself is 'why do I have the need to snoop in someone else's e-mail and what does that say about me?'

you need to ask yourself,firstly,how would you feel if you found out someone was accessing your e-mail without your knowledge.what you want to do is wrong,and your probably doing it for all the wrong reasons.
