I was a little choked up, since it's always tough to witness the exit of someone who means as much to a sport as Andre did to tennis. It's funny, because I never would have thought that someone who seemed so petulant and self-centered as a youngster would become the elder statesman of the game, and a true gentleman.
I think tears for Andre are okay, but for what we'll no longer have, and for all the great memories he has given us.

I celebrated. It's the new chapter of his life. It'll do more good for him now that he's off the court. Spending time for his family. Doing his charity work. Recuperating from his back injury. Miss him though.
