well i have a baby tha'ts 7 months.a few weeks ago i had unprotected sex. lately i'm feeling a lot of pregnancy symptoms. i should get my period this week. do you think FIRST RESPONSE works because im thinking about going to the store and buy it today.
please help thank you!!!

you can get pregnant at anytime. I think you have to wait till after you miss your period before you can take the test. Usually 5 days after you miss your period. I'd wait until this week was up just so you won't waste time and money. Just wait it out till the end of the week.

If you want to know immediately than you need to go to the doctor & get a blood test. Those are positively correct. You should wait 2 weeks from the day you had unprotected sex to buy that test. Next time, if your not pregnant, I would suggest always having protected sex unless you want a baby. It's not something to play around with. Not just for pregnancy purposes but because there is plenty of STD's and you can't tell just by looking at the person. If your married then you'll be okay in that arena. But you just can't just keep having unprotected sex if you don't want anymore children. Then that child would be unwanted & would cause wrongfull treatment against your child, because you would have a resentment. If you do want one then CONGRATULATIONS!!!!

I like to use CLEAR BLUE it is the easist thing to use. the tip truns hot pink to ensure that enough urine has been uesd. Most pregnancy test donot read good if too much or too little urine has not been used. Or just go to a walk in clinc or family doctor they free and you know that they are right. good luck and do the right thing

i would wait until you miss your period before you go and spend money on a pregnancy test even though first response is a good test i would make sure you missed your period first even though there is a possibility you are pregnant...

i would get one. I have a friend who has had this happen to her a coupl of time she has a 1 month old a 1yr old a 2yr old and then a 4 yr old and 8 yr old.

im 6 week and no over the counter test have worked for me

YOU SHOULD BE CARE FULL! AFTER YOU GIVE BIRTH IS WHEN YOU ARE MOST FERTILE. I WOULD WAIT UNTIL YOU ARE A COUPLE OF WEEKS LATE THEN TAKE THE PREGNANCY TEST. AS LONG AS ITS A NAME BRAND TEST THEY ARE ALL PRETTY ACCURATE.
