there are 2 12 MM bolts on the caliper, remove them, the caliper comes off, push back the piston in the caliper, install pads.
Would be wise to remove the caliper mounting bracket and clean it up also, to avoid the pads sticking.
The whole job should take 15 minuted with air tools.

take the wheel off, loosten the two bolts on the back side of the caliper and remove. pop out old pads. pop in the new pads with the sqeek grease on the back of the pad. reinstall. if i were you i would let someone else do it.

call Honda dealership
book an appointment, tell them what is wrong
drive your car there, tell them who you are and which car is yours, give them you car keys
ask them to drive you somewhere in their shuttle van
go for lunch, then come back in a few hours
give them your visa, sign the bill
get your keys back, walk out to your safe car
be happy and then go work to pay off the $400 bill

Drive to a garage or some sort of place.
Pay a professional to do it.
