Both my parents are tall, my mom is 5'6" and my dad is 6'5". I at least want to be 5'5.5" or my moms height. I've grown in the past year but will I grow even more in the next two years? Has anyone had this happen?

My sister had experience with growing after sixteen as well as my mom, nad my dad gained his height in college, if that could apply to me.

I grew another inch between 30 and 32.
At 16 your body is FAR from being done developing. Make sure you have enough calcium or calcium supplements in your diet, eat healthy, exercise and get enough sleep and you will probably grow a bit more. You are still very young.

Generally speaking, girls stop growing at a younger age than guys. I didn't grow after age 15, but if you're still shorter than both your parents, you may still have another inch or so to go. However, I wouldn't count on it.

Drink LOTS of milk, eat healthily and i think you have good genes to become a bit taller..maybe you can even do stretches...most importantly you are only 16...you have atleast 5-6 more years of growing!

you are likely to grow about half an inch more. and that should be fine. Dont worry about your height, you are ok with what you have. :)
