You can only get pregnant during ovulation but sperm can live up to 5 days so pregnancy is possible from 5 days prior to and the day of ovulation. Ovulating on day 6 of your cycle is unlikely so your chances are low. Even if a couple has sex during the womans fertile period the odds of conception is only about 20%.

There is always a chance, but if you want to get scientific, ovulation (the time when your body is able to conceive) doesn't normally occur until day 11-17 of a regular 28 day cycle. I hate to say that for fear of people thinking it is a free ticket to have sex any other time of the month. Others are right in saying that if you have unprotected sex you are at risk. Best to just not have unprotected sex, or in my opinion any sex at all if you are still referring to yourself as a girl.

Your guess is as good as mine ;)

Theoratically... you concieve most easily 2 weeks after the first day you have your period.. =,- 7 days front and back..

However, we are not machines and theories dun work on us. As long as you have unprotected sex.. the chance of conceiving is there. Even condoms and pills are not 100% fail proof.. (I would know.. my son was concieved despite us taking protections..)

So the only way where you will have no chance of concieving is to NOT HAVE SEX ;)

You are LESS likely to conceive before ovulation.

But women have two ovaries and you cannot predict the most likely time to conceive.

Conception can occur at ANY point in a woman's cycle.

And that is why it is important to use contraception every time.

And you shouldn't have sex with ANY WOMAN you're not prepared to split DNA WITH!

Remember that!

if you can't afford a kid, don't screw around!

Slim to none, honey. Your body goes by a 28 day cycle, and for you to be ovulating while you are either still on your period or just right afterward would be highly unlikely, unless your body is going by a 14 day cycle instead.

What are the odds of not getting hit with a bullet when someone is firing a machine gun at you in a small hallway? Chances are you get shot.

Actually pretty damn good! Remember anytime can be a good time. If it isn't a good time for you to bring a baby in the world then do what you need to prevent it from happening.
