being a nashvillian for 26 years i can easily say its Benkay. I think they may have changed their name recently for some unknown reason but the physical address is the same: 40 White Bridge Rd, Nashville, TN.
My parents are amateur food critics and have eaten around the world when in nashville, they always want to go to Benkay. its not the best or worst decorated place but in terms of FOOD alone, they have the best sushi. however one warning, like many american sushi places, they too have incorporated mayonnaise based sauces in some of their custom sushi which is about right as a left turn. its wrong but it seems to be a growing trend nationally.
