Your local town hall is the best place to go to. You can also ring your citizen advise centre they have all the information you need. You may use these to get discounts from certain events and shops. Free offpeak travel. These may not be very helpfull at a bank.

Try at the post office<, I am sure they have information on senior citizen id cards there. Good Luck.

Do you mean a bus pass which is a photo ID card?
If so, you should apply at your local Town Hall - some even give you the cash to get your photo taken as well.

i think your getting confused with the free bus passes for pensioners for over 65. They can apply for these with the local council.

I think they are also entitled to free use of facilities such as the local public swimming bars.

See your local authority for more info.

try social security office or city hall or local village hall. It can be used to prove your age when trying to get a discount but not a valid id(like a drivers license)
