Well if I am reading between the lines of your statement correctly, she is very angry with you about something. When a woman says she doesnt hate you, more than likely she is leaning more towards the hate side than any kind of loving side!!!!! But then there is a strong line between love and hate.

It means stop stalking her, she is trying to let you go easy. But you are not taking the hint and this might lead to harsh action, imo.

She means that you don't dislike me or bear me any ill will. This makes sense, since you and I do not know one another and have no basis for enmity.
