in addition to bleeding from a first time, it can be caused by trauma to the vagina (from rough sex or maybe a larger penis than normal) The trauma can also be caused by just having sex after a long period of not doing so. I know this firsthand because I have been adstaining for several months, but recently had sex again for the first time in awhile and bled a little bit. Your vagina "tightens" back up, for lack of a better term, after not having sex for awhile. For me, this last time was almost like being a virgin again.

If it's your first time its normal from the man going in and out so much he tares the inner skin which is called ''popping your cherry''.So it's nothing to worry about and it shouldn't happen again..
