Your question is a little confusing. Are you saying "I'm a guy who want guys" or "I'm a heterosexual male looking for hot clubs where I can easily score?"
I'll answer both questions, for the sake of being thorough...
For the straight scene, you want to hit the casinos at southern end of the Strip (MGM, Mandalay Bay, Luxor, Bellagio), where there are many nightclubs catering to the young-ish crowd. If one place is dead, it's likely the party has merely moved somewhere nearby.
Rain at the Palms have become recently popular also (since the Real World: Las Vegas was filmed there).
In general, Las Vegas has become more cosmopolitan and less Midwestern 1960s kitsch in recent years. The clubs are increasingly more mixed and attract an ever more attractive group of people.
The most "gay" nightclub on the Strip is Krave (although there are women), inside the Aladdin:

The Crazy Horse in Vegas is one of the best reviews in town.
Edit: Yeah, after reading the answer below mine, I should clarify. If you're straight and looking for hot women in an upscale strip club, then the Crazy Horse is one of best in Vegas.
