No I am not happy with Congress, but then I rarely am. Too many Congress people have sold out. They are bankrolled by and cater to people with agendas on both sides of the aisle while the wishes of their constituents are ignored.
Who do I blame? The elected officials in Congress, and to a lesser degree the voting public who allow the two party system to stand unabated rather than voting for indepedents.

Congress has done a terrible job of managing the affairs of the country. They have done very little that was in any way constructive, and most of that they screwed up. It would be easy to take a party line and blame either Repub. or Democrats, but really it's the fault of the American voters and those who should vote but don't. We managed to elect idiots incapable of running the country and are too apathetic to change what we have done.

For every positive piece of legislation that has come before congress in the last four years, the democrats have tried to and in many cases with the help of a repub or two blocked good law.
The socialists in congress are dividers of our country so they can take control. They have obstructed important legislation which should be a crime.
I do not like how spending has gone, it has to stop, we need a balanced budget that states they CANNOT spend one cent more than was brought in the year before. Pork spending has to stop it is killing us. Social and environmental programs must be pared back to a reasonable amount.

I blame Congress, for not doing its job. For not looking after the interests of their constituents, and for being more concerned with advancing their personal political agendas than following the law.
Who else could reasonably be blamed more than the individuals who failed to do their job? Hold individuals accountable for their actions.

The Republicans have been in control now for several years. We have no surplus but huge national debt. They have agenda that is a product of the religious right. If things go wrong they can always blame it on Clinton.

I'm sure that those in Congress were elected to enact legislation that will be of some help to "we the people." Unfortunately many of them ran for the wrong reasons, to thelp themselves. To place blame, I'd say the illinformed electorate and dishonest politicians of both parties.

No, I don't. I blame conservatives who have abandoned their beliefs of fiscal prudence, and Democrats who have blocked the attempts to reform Socialist Security.
Also, I blame voters, who for years have said we need change, yet repeatedly elect representation the likes of Ted Stevens, Ted Kennedy, etc. Don't vote for anyone named Ted!!!!!
