Hi Tina, It sounds like you are getting down on yourself because your youth is passing. Hang in there....it will be okay. the only way to do it is the old fashion way with diet and exercise. you have to count calories and exercise everyday even if it is just a walk around the park.unfortunatly there is no magic diet pill that will melt the fat away

Start a walking program.Walk everyday for at least 45 minutes.Stop eating after 7pm.Cheer up,you are not alone.
