I am not a Sooner fan, but Bob Stoops is one of the best coaching options in the game. Last year he lost one of his best assistant coaches (his brother) and he had a young QB who struggled off and on throughout the season. He is still an awesome recruiter and a great competitor. Losing Bomar this season is a huge blow, and OU offense will struggle more as a result of his dismissal. They will probably lose to Texas, but a Stoops-led team will always be competitive and have a chance to win. So, I do not think that he is in danger of losing his job.
