try using the attachment or yahoo photos

There is a insert photo button, at the right side of your compose box, in your yahoo mail. press it to enable photo mail, which allows you to insert photos directly in your yahoo mail, (currently works with yahoo mail, not in beta)
If it is not there then do the following
Login your mail.click on options(at the top right corner) in your mail window.
Click on General preferences in the next window that appears. Look for Composing emails. select Mode Compose messages as color and graphics .
Click on save button (at the botton left)
click on compose button in the next window that appears.Now you will see the tool bar for rich edit above compose box.And the Insert Photo Button.
